If, within 30 days after purchase date, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund (some exceptions apply, like personal care products may not be returned, due to health safety concerns and legal regulations).

Please have your order number ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return items. When product is returned, restocking fee may be charged (up to 15%). Please make sure to return your purchase in new condition with its original packaging, with copy of your original packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items returned without RMA number may be rejected or be subject to additional restocking fee.

If you receive defective item, please contact us immediately. In your e-mail, please provide as many details as possible as to what is wrong with the item you received.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you should contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.
